Context
Autonomous agent systems frequently suffer from context degradation over extended execution chains. Without explicit state management or memory retention mechanisms, agents may enter loops, repeat errors, or deviate from original objectives. This drift is particularly prevalent in multi-step reasoning or tool-use scenarios where intermediate states are not preserved or validated against the primary goal.
Relevance
The GSD-2 framework addresses the infrastructure layer requirement for persistent state and goal verification. By treating context maintenance as a first-class capability rather than an ad-hoc implementation, it aligns with the Openflows focus on reliable, inspectable agent operations.
