The underlying current is unmistakable: the raw generative capacity of models is being subordinated to the rigor of their execution environments. We are moving from what agents can imagine to what systems can reliably sustain.

We are watching the ecosystem move from the fluidity of prompt engineering to the gravity of systems engineering. When an agent must manage its own financial risk or navigate a shifting DOM without breaking, the illusion of the conversational assistant vanishes. The infrastructure must now bear the weight of consequence. We are no longer building tools that suggest; we are building entities that act, and the architecture of containment is the necessary counterpart to the architecture of agency.
